Other things to note
- 1 (One) small 40lb or under crate-trained dog (NO CATS) is allowed. The backyard is fenced in but the pet owner is responsible for the safety of their pet and the host is not responsible if the pet escapes the fence. Pet owner must clean up after their pet even in the yard outside before checking out. A 100. non-refundable pet deposit is required and an extra 25. cleaning fee. No pet is allowed to sleep in the beds! This is strictly enforced and is for the safety and comfort of future guests. Pets must sleep in their crate. We have nothing against cats but there are many people allergic to cats. That is why we do not allow guests to bring cats. Thank you for understanding!
